Universal Testing Machines (Model -TUN, TUE)

Chain & Rope Testing Machines : (Model -FCR)

Load Range - 500 to 2000 kN. Load measurement by Pendulum Dynamometer principle. Alternatively Load Cell arrangement also can be given.

Tensile Testing Machines : (Model -TKG)

Wide range of Models 200 N to 50 kN. Serves many industries viz. non ferrous metals, wires, Cables, Plastics, rubber, paper, resins, fabrics etc. Choice of straining rates and grips depending upon applications. Accuracy conforms to IS 1828 Tests like tension. Compression crossbreaking adhesion peeling are conducted. Load-Elongation Recorder provided.

Torsion Testing Machine : (Model -FTT)

Torque capacities -100 Nm to 2000 Nm Torque -Angle Recorder is provided.

and is measured by a Micrometer measuring system with 0.01 mm least count.

This machine is useful for checking the cupping qualities of metallic materials
and also for testing adhesion of coats of paints or varnishes as per IS 10175.
